Returns for manufacturing defects.
As a customer, you can return to SILVER SHAPER, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect and you will have a period of one month to notify SILVER SHAPER. After this period it will not be possible to make the return.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the customer.
To formalize the return, you must contact SILVER SHAPER within the granted period of one month through the mail firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating the product or products to be returned and a detailed list of the defects observed in them.
Once SILVER SHAPER has received the communication from the Customer, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, SILVER SHAPER will indicate to the Client the form of collection or delivery to its workshop.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with the packaging as the customer received it. If the Client does not proceed in this way, SILVER SHAPER reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, SILVER SHAPER will give the Customer the possibility of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, or, for reasons of lack of stock and because they are pieces made by hand and involve a longer time of delivery, the Customer may choose to return the amounts paid, or request the shipment of another model that the Customer voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the Client chooses, as appropriate, will be made within the next 5-20 business days from the date on which SILVER SHAPER confirmed to the Client the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the refund of the amount will not imply additional costs for the Customer.
If the Client decides that they want a refund of the amount, SILVER SHAPER will carry out the refund of the entire amount paid to the Client for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
SILVER SHAPER informs Clients that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the Client when purchasing the product, for which SILVER SHAPER will notify the Client in which way said return will be made.
Refund for disagreement (withdrawal).
In accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Clients, you will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you may return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the Customer must bear the direct cost of returning it to SILVER SHAPER, whether he returns the order completely or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.

SILVER SHAPER is not responsible for the courier company that the Customer hires for the return of the order. SILVER SHAPER is not responsible for the address where the Customer sends the order for its return.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the Customer / user.
The product must be unused and with packaging. If the Client does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the Client accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that SILVER SHAPER may refuse the return.
Once SILVER SHAPER verifies that the order is in good condition, SILVER SHAPER will proceed to return all of the amounts paid by the Client, except shipping costs, within 14 calendar days following the date the order is received. order subject to return.
